On this episode of Old Town New World, we talk about the change happening in Rock Hill, and how more change is inevitable and coming swiftly. Developers Nik and Craig tell us how they want to see the community make conscious choices about what that change will look like. They talk about their personal connection to the area and how their love of Rock Hill led to the idea for a new community.

Kettlesong is a mixed-use, nature-themed, master-planned development on the south side of Rock Hill, SC. This new development will include multiple types of housing, a walkable commercial center, a new York Preparatory Academy Campus, and community amenities such as walking and biking trails. Kettlesong is the brainchild of Nik Radovanovic and Craig Craze. They are co-partners of Indigo Rush, the company formed to make Kettlesong happen. They see Kettlesong as a model of positive development that complements the rural character of the area instead of crushing it.
