Last week, Rock Hill’s Comporium Communications announced that it will be installing gigabit internet access to the downtown area that makes up the Old Town Knowledge Park. What does this mean for the future of our community or any that implements internet speed at 100 times higher than what we’re currently using? We’ll discuss the impact of this leap forward and attempt to define  the nature what we’re looking forward to. Do we succeed in doing so? Or just drink too much? You decide.
