A native of Rock Hill, Watts earned a Bachelor of Science from Winthrop University in 1989. He founded the Carolinas Insurance & Investment Group in 1990 and is involved in several local business ventures. He and wife, Nicole have several children and grandchildren of whom they are very proud.
